Yes, I think so. We have started the paperwork to purchase the duplex we have lived in for the last 14 years. Yea, go team Jerome! Uhh, bad news, nothing has been done on house for 14 years. We have our work cut out for us. Not only does it need updating, it needs some big ticket items, such as furnaces, roof, windows. Oh well, we are ready and making list after list.
