Graduation

Taylor graduated from MSL High School and Clarissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a major in English and Anthropology and a certificate(like a minor) in European Studies. We celebrated with family and friends.

The garden area mid-summer.

Back yard garden.

This area was all grass when we moved in. We moved the shed and then started the garden. With donations from friends and family we have a pretty nice garden started in only the first year.

New landscaping and flower boxes.

Still need a railing and we need to switch the rain gutter to the other side so it does not cross over the side walk.

Kitchen

Kitchen island Russ made with an upper cabinet we took out of the kitchen. We added legs and beadboard and a beautiful piece of wood for the top. I always wanted an island :)

New Stuff

New shutters, painted door and flower boxes(made by Russ). Next, a railing, raise the stairs and landscaping. Almost done with the front for now............I love my house! That is a nice feeling.
