Last weekend, Russ, Taylor and I went to Madison to visit with Clarissa and Russ's Mom who came to Madison from Minneapolis. We went out to dinner Saturday night and then played a mean game of apples to apples. Sunday, we went to Olbrich gardens in Madison. Wow, it was gorgeus and there was hardly any plants up yet. This tree had hardly no leaves, but millions of pine cones. And it just looked neat.















Most of my Dad's bird feeders, there are more. I like the pop bottles, they keep the squirrels off.
They get so many birds, I need a tree!

I took all these photos at my mom and dad's house. I love this chair, but my mom thinks I am a bit weird. For the record Russ likes it too, lol. (Remember, Mom, this means "laugh out loud.") I can't recall what she thought lol was, but it was cute. Anyway, chair, I like it.

I got up early to fill my dad's bird feeders so I could just sit and watch the birds. I just got back in the house and the Downy woodpeckers already found the peanuts.

This hawk was in the backyard this morning.

This afternoon we had this pair of ducks eating the bird seed. Not

the normal birds we see at the feeders.
