Hilarious Ninja Kitty

Sometimes when I just want to laugh, I will look up funny cat and dog videos on You Tube. This is one of those videos.

And then................

This is what a 22 year old does. They sit in front of the tree and shake every present to see what it is. So far she thinks Danny is getting a bike bell and some marbles from his Grandma Joan. LOL!!!!

Happy Birthday Brianna!

Brianna turned 22 years old on Sunday. Happy Birthday and many more!

Christmas Roadtrip

Would you believe it? It looks like the snow machine is going to take a much needed break and turn off on Christmas day. That means we are headed to Minneapolis in the red Dodge sleigh to see Russ's Mom and John . We are bringing the Christmas dinner. So far its ham, garlic mashed potatoes and rolls. I have not decided on veggies yet, but something besides broccoli, at John's request, lol.

It will be Russ, Brianna, Daniel and I as our other two, Clarissa and Taylor are now enjoying themselves in sunny, warm Florida with my parents.

Farewell

If it should be that I grow frail and weak,
And pain should keep me from my sleep,
then you must do what must be done
For this, the last battle, can't be won.
You will be sad, I understand,
Don't let the grief then stay your hand,
For this day more than all the rest
Your love and friendship stand the test.
We've had so many happy years,
What is to come can hold no fears.
You'd not want me to suffer so;

When the time comes, please let me go.
Take me where my needs they'll tend
And stay with me, if you can, to the end.
Hold me firm and speak to me
Until my eyes no longer see.
I know in time, you will see,
It is a kindness you do for me.
Although my tail its last was waved
From pain and suffering I've been saved.
Don't grieve that it should be you,
Who must decide this thing to do,
We've been so close, we seven, these years;
Don't let your heart hold any tears.
Smile, for we walked together for a little while.

Taylor in the Paper.

Even though they lost, Taylor had a great game and made the Milwaukee Journal for blocks.

Milw. Riverside def. Milw. Languages, 25-11, 25-13, 23-25, 25-18. Kills — Candice Nichols, MR, 6; Erica Eggert, MSL, 3. Assists — Ashley Parks, MR, 16. Blocks — Taylor Jerome, MSL, 4. Aces — Parks, MR, 6; Ali Hugin, MSL, 4. Record — MR 4-1 (conf.).

She had a couple of kills too. She played well and it is fun to watch her get up that high on the net since she is only 5'6.
